Five modes, one operation
We do not decide how your cargo travels — we put the alternatives in front of you with transit times and costs, and decide together.
Sea freight
Containers and project cargo
We have our own teams at Ambarlı, Mersin, Asyaport, İskenderun and İzmir. We choose the port by destination: short pre-carriage and a wider choice of services. The data sheet of the five is on the Ports page.
For FCL shipments we handle booking, empty container supply, in-port handling and loading supervision as a single responsibility. For LCL cargo, consolidation takes place at the groupage warehouse, allowing smaller volumes to ship without hiring a full container.
Non-standard cargo — project shipments, heavy tonnage, out-of-gauge — is planned on flat rack and open top equipment, with the required permits and surveys managed on your behalf.
Full container
20' · 40' · 40'HC · reefer. One responsibility from booking to discharge.
Groupage
Consolidated at the groupage warehouse; priced per m³, no container hire needed.
Heavy and out-of-gauge
Flat rack, open top and break bulk; survey, lashing and permits included.
Road freight
European and Middle East lanes
Faster than sea, far cheaper than air. Over medium distances it is the most balanced option.
On full truckload (FTL) services the vehicle goes directly from the loading point to the consignee. There is no transhipment, which keeps both damage risk and transit time to a minimum. Part loads (LTL) are grouped against a weekly departure schedule.
We prepare the T1/T2 transit documentation for European lanes and the border-crossing paperwork for Middle East lanes. Vehicle and driver tracking continues throughout the journey.
Full truckload
Curtainside, reefer and mega trailers. Door to door, no transhipment.
Part load
Grouped on scheduled weekly departures; priced by ldm or kg.
Distribution
From port and warehouse across Türkiye, including final delivery.
Daily departures
Daily departures from İstanbul to Thessaloniki, Athens and Skopje, full and part loads. Our correspondent agents in all three cities receive the cargo on arrival; the same network reaches more than 30 European countries.
Rail freight
Predictable schedules at volume
Less flexible than road, but at high volume it lowers unit cost and removes driver and border uncertainty.
For regular, high-volume shipments, rail is the strongest alternative to road. Because the schedule is fixed, planning is more predictable than by truck; queues at border crossings and driver hours limits do not come into play.
A block train is a service where a single shipper uses the full capacity; wagon-based shipping means taking space within a train for smaller volumes. We arrange the pre- and on-carriage between terminal and factory by road — so from your side it remains one door-to-door operation.
Full capacity
A service dedicated to one shipper: lowest unit cost, shortest terminal time.
Wagon-based
Allocated space within a train for volumes that cannot fill a block train.
Pre- and on-carriage
Factory-to-terminal and terminal-to-consignee legs arranged by us, by road.
Air freight
When the deadline is tight
The highest unit cost of any mode. That is why we recommend it when it is genuinely needed, not by reflex.
For samples, spare parts, perishables and shipments carrying deadline risk, a few days saved usually pays for itself — a stopped production line costs more than the air freight premium.
On a consolidated shipment your cargo travels with others: cheaper, but possibly a day longer. Direct shipment is the fastest. Which one is right for you is a conversation about deadline and budget together.
Grouped cargo
Combined with other shipments; more economical, slightly slower.
Direct shipment
Shortest transit; for urgent and high-value cargo.
Door to door
Airport delivery, or all the way to the consignee’s address.
Intermodal
Combining modes is the actual job
Cargo rarely travels best on a single mode. Intermodal is the most concrete form of the “one contact” promise.
Intermodal transport means combining the sea, rail and road legs of the same shipment under one plan. The cargo never leaves the container; only the vehicle carrying it changes. That reduces both handling cost and damage risk.
The real gain is in coordination. With three separate suppliers, a delay becomes your problem — and proving who caused it falls to you as well. Under one plan we align the transfer windows, and responsibility for the outcome stays with us.
A typical setup: sea freight from the most suitable port to a European port, rail to an inland terminal, and the final leg by road to the consignee’s door. We put the options in front of you with transit times and costs so you can pick the right combination.
One plan
Sea, rail and road legs aligned on a single schedule.
The container stays sealed
Only the vehicle changes: less handling, less damage risk.
One responsibility
If a transfer slips, you do not have to find out whose fault it is — it is ours.
Customs & storage
The work running behind the transport
Whichever mode you choose, compliance and storage are part of the same operation — and the most expensive kind of delay starts here.
Customs brokerage is in-house: our own customs broker handles import and export declarations, tariff classification, origin and movement certificates (ATR, EUR.1), inspection and analysis procedures, and the tracking of duty obligations — the file is never handed to a third party. A hold caused by a wrong tariff code or a missing document is the most expensive delay in logistics: the cargo stops, demurrage accrues, the deadline slips.
Our warehouse sits on İstanbul's western side at Mimarsinan, Büyükçekmece: a short drive from the Ambarlı port cluster and our head office, with 2,000 m² under cover. Export cargo is consolidated, sorted, labelled and repacked here before it goes into the container; on the import side, goods leaving the port are prepared for distribution. At the other end of the Balkan corridor we work with 3,000 m² of storage capacity in Athens and Thessaloniki.
A bonded warehouse lets goods sit without duty being paid — an important cash-flow tool for importers. A general warehouse holds goods that have already cleared. Handling covers labelling, palletising, repacking and order-based picking.
Büyükçekmece · Mimarsinan
2,000 m² under cover; a short drive from the Ambarlı port cluster and our head office. Receiving and dispatch by appointment.
Loading, sorting, packing
Loading and unloading, packing, unpacking and repacking, warehouse management and regular movement reports.
Athens and Thessaloniki
3,000 m² of storage capacity in total; receiving at both ends of the Balkan corridor.
Brokerage
Declarations, tariff classification, origin and movement certificates, inspections.
Customs warehouse
Duty deferral, partial withdrawal, re-export option.
Last mile
Local and intercity delivery, proof-of-delivery tracking.
Scope
What we do not do
We do not take every shipment and we do not make every promise. Saying no at the start is better than sending a quote and withdrawing it later.
You are sending a single box. For anything smaller than a pallet, courier and express operators are both cheaper and faster. We work at container, trailer and part-load scale; the operation we would set up for one box would cost you more than it should.
You are moving house. Household and personal effects removals are a separate trade: packing, insurance and the customs regime all work differently from commercial cargo. We do not handle them.
You only want a figure to compare. You will take our number and negotiate with someone else — that is fine, just tell us. A line-by-line quote takes us half a day, so ask for one knowing that.
-
We do not quote instantly
Freight rates move daily. A fixed number on a screen is either out of date or has charges hidden inside it that surface later. We price by hand, line by line.
-
We do not claim to be the cheapest
On any single shipment someone else may quote lower. Our claim is that no charge appears which was not in the quote.
-
We do not claim teams we do not have
We can ship from Turkey’s other ports as well; where we do not have a team of our own, we tell you at the outset.
-
We do not save bad news for last
The moment a delay appears we tell you, with the new deadline and the options in the same message. We do not sit on a problem and let you find out on your own.
