Based in İstanbul, our own teams at five gateways
Edolines is a freight forwarder running sea, rail, road and air transport — and the intermodal combinations of them — together with customs clearance and warehousing as a single operation. We are based in Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, next to the Ambarlı port cluster. We have our own teams at Mersin, Asyaport, İskenderun and İzmir.
What we do is, at its core, coordination — and in intermodal transport that becomes most visible: For a shipment to travel from origin to destination, dozens of independent parties — line agents, ports, hauliers, customs, insurers, warehouses — have to act in the right order at the right time. A delay in any single link holds up everything else.
Our promise is to build that chain on your behalf and run it through one point of contact. Instead of dealing with separate suppliers, you get one contract, one invoice and one phone number.

These are not marketing lines, they are our working rules. Tell us when we fall short.
One point of contact
A single operations manager is assigned to your shipment. You never have to explain the situation from scratch — you speak to the person who knows the file.
No surprise charges
The invoice contains the lines that were in the quote. If an unforeseen cost arises — port demurrage, a customs inspection — you hear about it before it is incurred, not after.
We deliver bad news first
When there is a delay, damage or a customs problem, we do not wait to be asked. We tell you the moment we know, even before we have the solution.
Compliance is our job
Customs declarations, tariff classification, certificates of origin, insurance policies and claims files are ours. All we ask from you is accurate cargo information.

Location
Five gateways, one responsibility
Our head office sits in İstanbul, beside the Ambarlı port cluster, and we keep our own teams at Mersin, İskenderun and İzmir. That is more than an address: we choose which port your cargo leaves from according to the route, rather than being tied to a single gateway.
Having our own people at the port means we can be on site the same day when something goes wrong. When a container misses its connection, when customs calls for a physical inspection, or when a document has to be walked through by hand, distance turns into hours — and hours turn into demurrage. That is why those ports are staffed by our own people, not by agents.
We have our own team at all five gateways: Ambarlı, Mersin, Asyaport, İskenderun and İzmir. We do not rank them — which one is right for your cargo is decided by the route, the sailing schedule and the cost, not by our preference. You should not believe a supplier who claims to be first at every port anyway.
The five gateways cover different geographies: Ambarlı and Asyaport open onto European services and the road corridor from the Marmara, with Asyaport also able to take large mainline vessels as a deep-sea terminal. Mersin and İskenderun serve Mediterranean and Middle East lanes, and İzmir (Alsancak and the Aliağa cluster) the Aegean and western Mediterranean.

We can also ship from Türkiye's other ports, such as Samsun, Gemlik or Antalya. The difference is candour: where we do not have our own team, we say so in the quote, and we never blur the line between the ports we know inside out and the ones we do not.
Short pre-carriage
We match the gateway to the route: shorter pre-carriage, wider loading window.
Presence on site
Ambarlı is on our doorstep and Mersin, İskenderun and İzmir are staffed by our own people: same-day response for inspection, handling or document chasing.
Choice of services
Marmara, Aegean and Mediterranean gateways used together — services are not confined to one port.
Warehouse next door
Our 2,000 m² warehouse at Büyükçekmece is a short drive from Ambarlı: consolidation, packing and receiving are settled before the cargo reaches the port.
