You will be the single contact.
The promise we make to customers is also the job description: every shipment has one owner. This page says what the work actually looks like, which jobs the operation is made of and how an application is handled — without decoration. We talk about the pay range in the first conversation, and no application goes unanswered.

The work
One file, eight hand-overs
A shipment moves because dozens of independent actors step in at the right moment: the line's agent, the port, the haulier, customs, the insurer, the bonded warehouse. This is the chain; the file's owner stays the same person from start to finish.
Booking
Vessel, truck or flight: space is reserved, the rate confirmed and written to the customer.
Sales · OperationsDocuments
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading instructions, origin and movement certificates.
Customs and documentsLoading
Container, truck or pallet; at the warehouse or at the customer's door.
Warehouse · RoadCustoms
Declaration, HS code, inspection; supervision and analysis when required.
Customs and documentsIn transit
Ship, truck, wagon or aircraft: tracking and telling the customer — before they ask.
Sea · RoadArrival
Delivery order, free-time clock, delivery plan and storage charges.
Operations · CustomsDelivery
To the consignee, the warehouse or the next vehicle; with a receipt and photos.
Warehouse · RoadFile closed
Costs are checked against the quote, the invoice is issued, the file is archived.
Sales · Operations
When one link in this chain is late, everything else waits — and every waiting day comes out of the customer's pocket. The job is coordination: knowing who steps in when, and calling when they don't.
The phone rings; the container has been pulled for physical inspection and the vessel closes in six hours. The person who decides and calls the customer at that moment is you. In this job the file has an owner; "I wasn't looking at that one" is not a sentence.
Regulation is the job itself, not something beside it. Incoterm, bill of lading type, certificate of origin and the free-time clock; whichever you set wrong, you explain that delay. If you want to know what we talk about, read our knowledge base: everything we tell customers is written there, with sources.
The vessel sets the calendar
Cut-off, customs hours and the free-time clock do not fit your plan; you fit theirs.
The file is yours
One shipment, one owner. The customer calls you; you call the port, customs and the line when needed.
The cost of error is visible
A wrong HS code, a missing document or a late delivery order turns directly into storage and demurrage. The figure is on the table.
Bad news comes from you
You tell the customer there is a problem — even without a solution in hand — before they have to ask.
Fit
Which job is yours?
Four questions, one suggestion. Not a test; it only says which of the six jobs below you are closest to. Your answers are not stored.
The suggestion only shows a leaning; you choose the job you apply for.
Jobs
The jobs this operation is made of
These are the parts of the work; not every one is an open position at all times. Open ones are listed at the bottom.
Sea freight operations
Line bookings, empty container supply, loading follow-up, bill of lading and arrival documents. FCL and LCL. Watching the free-time, demurrage and detention clocks is part of the job.
Road freight operations
Full and part-load trip planning, vehicle sourcing, border and transit follow-up, CMR and delivery documents. A daily departure rhythm on European and Balkan lanes.
Customs and documents
Import and export declarations, HS classification, origin and movement certificates (A.TR, EUR.1), supervision and analysis procedures. Following regulation and passing changes on to the team is included.
Warehouse and handling
Goods-in, sorting, labelling, packing and repacking, stock accuracy, dispatch planning. At our warehouse in Büyükçekmece.
Sales and customer relations
Preparing quotes, explaining the alternative route with its time and cost, being the customer's single contact throughout the shipment. It requires understanding the job before pricing it.
Internship
Internships inside the operation for students of logistics, foreign trade and maritime programmes. It starts with file tracking and document work.
This line fills when we post a role. We have no published open position at the moment. You can still send your CV: when a suitable job opens, applications are the first place we look. How long it is kept in the pool and how it is deleted is written in the privacy notice below.
Process
Four steps from application to decision
We write the process out so that you always know where you are. The steps are fixed from the start; whatever the outcome, you get a written answer.
Application
Send your CV on WhatsApp. We confirm receipt in writing.
First call
A short phone conversation. We talk about the reality of the job here — not at the end.
In person
At the office, with the person you would work with. Not a test: we read a real file together.
Decision
In writing. If it is a no, we still write; we do not leave you without an answer.
Promise
What we promise, what we don't
We do not make promises to customers that we cannot keep; we do not make them to candidates either.
A reply to every application
Including the unsuccessful ones. No application goes unanswered.
Your data deleted on time
If your application is unsuccessful, your CV is kept for at most one year and then deleted.
Fixed hours
This is operations. Vessel cut-offs, customs hours and border queues do not follow a calendar.
A position for every applicant
If there is no open job, there is none. We tell you that you are in the pool; we do not string you along.
A fast-process guarantee
We do not rush while looking for the right person; we give no timeline, but we always write with the outcome.
- If you want a fixed 9 to 6. The vessel and customs set the hours.
- If the phone wears you out. Most of the day is on the phone, and most calls are about a problem.
- If you would rather someone else delivered the bad news. You call the customer.
- If you plan to "pick up the regulation on the job". Errors come back as storage and demurrage, with your name on them.
- If you and paperwork do not get along. Every shipment is a file, and the file is yours.
We wrote these not so that you don't apply, but so that you apply knowingly.

Build your message here
Four fields, one message. No form, no account: the text is composed on your device, you open WhatsApp yourself and attach your CV there. A one-page summary beats a long filled-in form.
The message is composed on your device; nothing is sent anywhere until you open WhatsApp. Attach your CV file to the message in WhatsApp.
Before you send: we do not want an ID number, health information, criminal record, association or union membership in your CV — do not send them. They are not needed for a hiring decision, and if you send them we have to delete them.
How your application is processed, how long it is kept and how you exercise your rights: it is written in the privacy notice on the right.
Your CV is personal data. Who processes it, why, for how long and what you can demand — all of it is here.
