What we collect, what we don't.
This site has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are two ways to reach us: WhatsApp and the phone. Below is how the information you share on those two channels is processed, and what your rights are — as required by Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What happens when you open a page
Short answer: almost nothing. The long answer follows, item by item.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. No advertising, marketing or profiling technology runs here.
No analytics or tracking
No visitor counter, heat map, session recording or third-party measurement script. Which pages you read is not recorded.
No third-party requests
Fonts, libraries and images are served from this site's own host. When you open a page, your browser connects to no other domain.
No forms
The quote builder and the application message on the careers page only compose text on your device. Nothing is sent to us; you open WhatsApp and you send the message.
Browser storage
A single flag (
edo:boot) is written to your browser's session storage so the opening sequence does not replay in the same session. It contains no personal data and is deleted when the tab closes.Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. On each page request your IP address and browser details may be processed briefly in the hosting provider's security and traffic logs under the provider's own privacy policy. We do not access those logs and do not match them to anyone.

What is processed when you contact us
What you share when asking for a quote or during a shipment is processed to the extent the job requires.
Data processed
Your name, phone number, company name, the content of your messages and the cargo, address and shipment details you share; notes taken during phone calls.
Purpose
Preparing a quote, forming and performing the contract, organising the shipment, communicating with you, and meeting legal obligations (invoicing, customs, commercial books).
Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (formation and performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Marketing communication requires your separate explicit consent; telling us you do not want it is enough.
How it is collected
Through WhatsApp messages, phone calls and meetings, by partly non-automatic means. WhatsApp is a third-party service operated abroad; if you prefer not to use it, reach us by phone or post.
Transfers
To carriers, agents, port operators, customs brokers, insurers and warehouse operators to the extent the shipment requires; to authorised public bodies on their lawful request. Transfers abroad are made only to the carrier and agent in the destination country, for performance of the contract and only as far as necessary. Nothing is passed to any third party for marketing.
Retention
Correspondence that stays at quote stage is kept for one year; records of jobs that become contracts are kept for ten years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and tax legislation, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
What you can request
Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Your request is concluded within thirty days at the latest.
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law,
- To request that corrections, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
- To object to a result against you produced exclusively by automated analysis,
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request in writing to the address above, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. The application must carry your name, surname and signature so that we can verify your identity. A WhatsApp message is not a valid application channel.
