Legacy.
Experience is more than a count of years.
What we call experience is made of countless phone calls, ships waited for and schedules changed at the last minute. It is border crossings and customs procedures; documents that must not go missing and cargo that has to arrive on time. Above all, it is a reputation woven over the years out of promises given.
For me, that past was never a ready-made road laid out in front of me. It was the opposite: a heavy responsibility to build something new on top of it.
Because inheriting a family legacy does not mean repeating the past as it was. What matters is being able to carry what was built into the world of tomorrow.
